Meet Our Team

We have developed our own signature ride: the House Ride. Our instructors are certified in the House Ride method, which is a proprietary instructor training program. With grit, tenacity and unmatched energy, each instructor offers a fitness experience unique to their music choice, personality, and class style.

“Take what you need and leave the rest.”

How would you describe your class?

High Energy, Motivating and full of raw Passion. Guaranteed to be the best physical, mental and emotional journey of your day!
You show up loving me, hate me somewhere in the middle and leave feeling your best self, loving me all over again!

Why do you ride?

To show people that by challenging our mind, body and spirit we are able to grow, create change and be our best selves.
Movement is what feeds our soul, ignites our passion and encourages us to be the change we want to see in this world. I live to ignite souls and lift others up everywhere!

What do you do when you're not riding?

You can find me in the hot room or out enjoying the sunshine! I love my Yoga practice and Hot Pilates, as well as exploring new hiking trails and exploring the outdoors.

What kind of music do you play?

I love & play all types of music! I love music that takes you on a journey and allows your emotions to arise in every moment, making you want to move your body and feel free!!

Instructor

How would you describe your class?

High energy and booty kick'n! You can thank me later.

Why do you ride?

It's a 'come as you are' kind of thing. Everyone needs a place they can be a little too loud and sweat it out! The bike is my favorite place to work through life's dilemmas.

Who is your alter ego?

Dan (original, I know). Dan doesn't have a filter. He's loud and doesn't take any BS. You may see a bit of him in the studio...

What do you do when you're not burning?

Hitting the books or dancing with my friends!

Kennedy Pate

Instructor

What kind of music do you play?

You can always count on me having a solid playlist of fresh new remixes and hits.

How would you describe your class?

Energetic, spunky and motivating to get you to feel like you are walking out stronger than how you walked in.

Why do you ride?

I ride to feel empowered as it gives me 45 minutes to myself when I can't find time to make for myself. I love what I do and I love sharing my passion with others. When I get on the bike the feeling is unexplainable I Know it's where I'm meant to be.

Hannah Quijas

Instructor

What kind of music do you play?

I play all sorts of different genres in a class, I can go from yee-haw to yah-yeet with in seconds aka country -> rap. Not going to lie though, I’ve had Bieber fever since 2011, so every once in a while I will throw one of Justin Bieber’s old songs in my playlist and it makes my day 100X’s better!

How would you describe your class?

I show up to every class with a positive attitude and lots of energy. I would describe myself as fierce and fun because my loud/ outgoing personality sets the tone of the class.

Why do you ride?

The cycle studio is a safe place I use to escape the judgmental outside world and tap into something bigger than myself. I ride because every time I leave the cycle studio, I feel stronger mentally and physically. Do it for you, not anyone else!

Randi Johns

Instructor

What kind of music do you play?

A little of this, a little of that. I like to keep you guessing. And dancing. And possibly singing.

How would you describe your class?

It’s not, NOT, going to kick your ass. But it will always be fun and I’ll always be ``right there with you,`` team. No judgment. No Bullsh*t. Just sweat, smiles, grit and gratitude. Take what you need, leave what you don’t.

Why do you ride?

Riding makes me feel strong, yet soft. Not only in body, but mind and spirit. It’s a time to reset and get intentional. I love seeing others get to that place of feeling their own strength, power, and confidence. WARNING: If I’m ever riding near you in another instructor’s class… maximum endorphin WOOs! It doesn’t get much better than connecting with a room full of badasses (that’s you!) over a puddle of sweat and a good beat drop.

What do you do when you’re not riding?

Train for endurance runs, explore trails, devour library books, warm myself in sunbeams, make art, and make friends with every animal, creature, or personification of inanimate objects.

What’s the name of your alter ego?

Katie Devoe

Instructor

What kind of music do you play?

My music will make you want to move. I LOVE a good remix! I spend a lot of time finding music that I feel every single rider will enjoy. You’ll never hear just one type of genre in my class. My goal is to play music that will make you get lost in the beat and forget about everything going on in our lives outside the studio.

How would you describe your class?

My class is high energy with music that will make working out fun. It will motivate you to push yourself physically and mentally. I want the riders in my class to always leave feeling challenged, but also successful!

Why do you ride?

Riding is like a sport to me: it’s fun, constantly challenging, and allows me to be apart of a team and a community. So much of my life I have been involved in sports, and riding has become that for me. It’s a creative release in my life from my stressful job as a nurse, and is something I look forward to every day.

Instructor

How would you describe your class?

A BIG fierce dance party! I am going to challenge and push you to places you didn't think you could go! My class is FUN and sweaty. When you walk out, you'll be feeling like a boss.

Why do you ride?

I ride because it makes me feel EMPOWERED. On the bike, I feel that I can conquer anything and that is exactly how I want my riders to feel. I want to inspire others and make them see just how badass and beautiful they are!

What's the name of your alter ego?

What kind of music do you play?

They don’t call me the “Pop Princess” for nothing. I love playing current songs mixed with old school classics remixed.

How would you describe your class?

My classes are fun, carefree and definitely strength building.

Why do you ride?

It feels good to move my legs and body to the beat of the music. It’s the only workout I see results quick. Honestly, it doesn’t even feel like a workout because it’s so fun!

What do you do when you're not burning?

If I’m not on the bike, I’m probably at Chick-fil-a getting a lemonade!
