HouseRIDE brings you low-impact, high-intensity cycle classes focused on building your speed, endurance, and strength. Classes are rhythm-based, meaning it’s time to get lost in the tunes. Hop on one of our 25 bikes and let our instructors rock your 30, 45 or 60-minute ride with custom playlists and an integrated light show. We’ll even use hand weights to engage your muscles – and your mind – even more. Think sweat. Think fun. Think bringing down the house.
